Exige Ventures LLC provides digital products (software access) and professional services. Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased and the terms of the specific agreement or invoice.

Software subscriptions (SaaS)

• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via our Support page. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement, subscription fees are not refunded for partial billing periods.

Professional services

• Invoices and milestones: Payments for delivered work (including time and materials, milestones, or fixed-fee deliverables) are generally non-refundable once the work has been performed.
• Disputes: If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact support within 7 days of the invoice date with your invoice number and details.
